This company was organized in 1997 and includes companies which have been taken over.

Hall Buck Marine

30, 70 Ton, was built by General Electric in March 1955, #32510, as Sioux City Terminal Ry 3.  It was sold as Peninsula Terminal Co 3 in January 1966 and sold to HBM as 30.  It was returned to PTCo and sold as Utah Central Ry 30.

1295, SW1200, was built by Electro-Motive in March 1966, #31243  FN 4491-16, as Texas & Pacific 1295.  It became Missouri Pacific 1295 in October 1976 and retired and sold to Chrome on June 15, 1985.  It was sold as DuPont (Gibbstown, NJ) 1295 in August 1986 and sold as HBM 1295 in April 1997.  It became Kinder Morgan Bulk Terminal 1295.

4214, NW2u was built by Electro-Motive in May 1948, #5559, FN E919-3, as Louisiana & Arkansas 1214.  It became Kansas City Southern 1214 in 1966 and renumbered 4214 in January 1973.  It was rebuilt by Mid-America Car in April 1982.  It was sold to Wilson Railway Corp in February 1989 and resold to Southern Leasing Corp in 1989.  It was sold as Cahokia Marine Service 4214 in March 1989 and became Kinder Morgan 4214 in March 2010.  It was retired in May 2012 and scrapped in February 2013.
