3401, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1977, #766013-2, FN 766013-2, as 8066, as Class SD40-2H.  It was renumbered 3401 in April 1981 and rebuilt as 1617, Class SD40N, on April 18, 2011.

3402, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1977, #766013-3, FN 766013-3, as 8067, as Class SD-20H,  It was renumbered 3402 in October 1981 and retired in January 19, 2001, and sold to Helm Leasing Corp.  It was numbered HLCX 6235 in 2004.  It was sold as Norfolk Southern 3509, Class SD40-2, on April 4, 2014.

3404, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1977, #766013-5, FN 766013-5, as 8069, as Class SD40-2H.  It was renumbered 3404 in October 1981 and rebuilt as 1611, Class SD40N, on April 8, 2011.

3406, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1977, #766013-7, FN 766013-7, as 8071, as Class SD40-2H.  It was renumbered 3406 in November 1981 and rebuilt as 1612, Class SD40N, on March 31, 2011.

3408, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1977, #766013-9, FN 766013-9, as 8073, Class SD40-2H.  It was renumbered 3408 in April 1981 and retired on December 5, 2008.  It was rebuilt as 1584, Class SD40N, on October 28, 2010.

3409, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1977, #766013-10, FN 766013-10, as 8074, Class SD40-2H.  It was renumbered 3409 in April 1981 and rebuilt as 1598, Class SD40N, on January 14, 2011.

3411, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776088-2, FN 776088-2.  It was rebuilt as 1606, Class SD40N, on March 3, 2011.

2nd 3412, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1980, #806053-2, FN 806053-2, as 3806, Class SD40-2S.  It was renumbered 3412 on November 3, 2003, and rebuilt as 1924, Class SD40N, in November 2014.  It was rebuilt as UPY 3005, Class SD40N, in June 2015.

3413, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776088-4. FN 776088-4.  It was rebuilt as 1609, Class SD40N, on March 18, 2011.

3414, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776088-5, FN 776088-5.  It was retired on October 31, 2002, and renumbered 7888 on November 7, 2003,  It was retired on January 24, 2008, and sold to Knoxville Locomotive Works as KLWX 6005 in 2009.

3415, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776088-6, FN 776088-6.  It was retired on December 8, 2001, and sold to Larry's Truck Electric Co as LTEX 3415.  It was sold to Progress Rail Services as PREX 3415 in 2008.

3421, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776088-12, FN 776088-12.  It was rebuilt as 1837, Class SD40N, on May 14, 2014.

3425, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1978, #776088-15, FN 776088-15.  It was rebuilt as 1650, Class SD40N, on November 2, 2011.

3429, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1978, #776088-20, FN 776088-20.  It was retired and reactivated on May 9, 2014.

3430, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1978, #776088-21, FN 776088-21.  It was rebuilt as 1635, Class SD40N, on August 2, 2011,

2nd 3431, Class SD40-2, was built in August 1978, #776064-3, FN 776064-3, as MKT 602.  It became UP 3811, Class SD40-2, on October 3, 1989, and renumbered 3431 on August 7, 2003.  It was retired on February 1, 2013.

3442, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1978, #776088-33, FN 776088-33.  It was retired on December 28, 2001, and sold as Wisconsin & Southern 4008.  It    became WATCo as WAMX 4177.

3451, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1978, #776088-42, FN 776088-42.  It was rebuilt as 1634, Class SD40N, on August 4, 2011.

3453, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1978, #776088-44, FN 776088-44.  It was rebuilt as 1632, Class SD40N, on July 14, 2011,

3454, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1978, #776088-45, FN 776088-45.  It was rebuilt as 1629, Class SD40N, on July 8, 2011.

3492, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1978, #786163-4, FN 786163-4.  It was renumbered as 1705, Class SD40-2, on July 13, 2012.

3493, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1978, #786163-5, FN 786163-5.  It was renumbered 3255 on February 10, 2012.

3494, Class SD40-2, was built in December 1978, #786163-6, FN 786163-6.  It was rebuilt as 1573, Class SD40N, on September 1, 2010.

3499, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1979, #786170-1, FN 786179-01.  It was retired on July 3, 2009 and rebuilt as RP20CD by RailPower Technologies at Juniata in March 2012 as UPY 893, Class RP20CD.
