3200, Class SD40-2, was built in August 1972, #5819-28, FN 5819-28.  It was rebuilt as 1808, Class SD40N, on April 3, 2014.

3203, Class SD40-2, was built August 1978, #766099-14, FN 766099-14, as Missouri Pacific 3229.  It became UP 4229 on June 6, 1989, and rebuilt as B4229 on July 31, 1992.  It was renumbered 8952 on October 23, 2002, and renumbered 3203 on April 22, 2014.

3205, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1973, #72684-3, FN 72684-3.

3206, Class SD40-2, was built in August 1978, #777100-12, FN 777100-12, as MP 3263.  It became UP 4263, Class SD40-2, on October 6, 1986, and renumbered B4263, on December 21, 1992.  It was renumbered 8968 on October 12, 2000, and renumbered 3206 on May 14, 2014.

3208, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1973, #72684-6, FN 72684-6.

3211, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1973, #72684-9, FN 72684-9.  It was rebuilt as 1710, Class SD40N, on April 18, 2012.

3214, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1973, #72684-12, FN 72684-12.  It was rebuilt as Class SD40-2R on April 27, 1992, and rebuilt as 2037, Class SD40N, on September 29, 2017.  It was renumbered UPY 333 on February 15, 2018.

3215, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1973, #72684-13, FN 72684-13.

3216, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1973, #72684-14, FN 72684-14.  It was retired on April 2009 and sold as Tri-City & Olympia RR 32 in 2010.

3217, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1972, #72684-15, FN 72684-15.

3218, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1973, #72684-16, FN 72684-16.

2nd 3219, Class SD40-2, was built in January 1979, #786170-8, FN 786170-8, as 3506, Class SD40-2.  It was renumbered 3219 on September 24, 2012.

3220, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1973, #72684-18, FN 72684-18.  It was retired on February 17, 2009, and rebuilt as 1727, Class SD40N, on September 14, 2012.

3221, Class SD40-2, was built in April 1973, #72684-19, FN 72684-19.  It was retired on April 25, 2008.

3222, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1973, #72684-20, FN 72684-20.  It was rebuilt as 1661, Class SD40N, on June 4, 2012.

3223, Class SD40-2, was built in  May 1973, #72684-21, FN 72684-21.

3225, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1973, #72684-23, FN 72684-23.  It was rebuilt as 1554, Class SD40N, on May 12, 2010.

3227, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1973, #72684-25, FN 72684-25.

3228, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1973, #72684-26, FN 72684-26.

3230, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1973, #72684-28, FN 72864-28.  It was retired on December 5, 2008, and was rebuilt as 1583, Class SD40N, on October 15, 2010.

1st 3232, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1973, #72684-30, FN 72864-30.  It was retired on July 16, 2007, and sold to Knoxville Locomotive Works as KLWX 6001.

2nd 3232, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1979, #786170-67, FN 786170-67, as 3565.  It was renumbered 3232 on July 1, 2013 and rebuilt as 1952, Class SD40N, on February 11, 2014.  It was retired on November 27, 2018, and scrapped.

3233, Class SD40-2, was built in May 1973, #72684-31, FN 72684-31.  It was renumbered 7913 on March 10, 2004, and retired on September 14, 2007.  It was sold to Helm Financial in September 2007.

3241, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1973, #72684-39, FN 72684-39.  It was rebuilt as 8001, Class SD40-2H, in March 1976 and back to 3241, Class SD40-2, in April 1981.  It was rebuilt as RP20CD by RailPower Technologies at Juniata in February 2012 as UPY 890.

3242, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1973, #72684-40, FN 72684-40.  It was rebuilt as 8002, Class SD40-2H, in April 1976 and back to 3242, Class SD40-2, in May 1981.  It was retired on January 24, 2008.

3243, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-1, FN 73661-1.  It was rebuilt as 8003, Class SD40-2H, in May 1976 and back to 3243, Class SD40-2, in April 1981.  It was retired on January 24, 2008.  It was renumbered as 1901 and rebuilt as Class SD40N in April 4, 2014.

3246, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-4, FN 73661-04.  It was rebuilt as 8006, Class SD40-2H, in June 1976 and back to 3246, Class SD40-2, in April 1981.  It was rebuilt as 1676, Class SD40N, on February 9, 2012.

3247, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-5, FN 73661-5.  It was rebuilt as 8007, Class SD40-2H, in March 1976 and back to 3247, Class SD40-2, in April 1981.  It was sold as Wisconsin & Southern RR 4025 in 2005 and renumbered 4030 in 2011.  It became WATCo as WAMX 4183.

3248, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-6, FN 73661-6.  It was rebuilt as 8008, Class SD40-2H, in June 1976 and back to 3248, Class SD40-2, in April 1981.  It was rebuilt as 1746, Class SD40N, on November 28, 2012.

3249, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-7, FN 73661-07.  It was rebuilt as 8009, Class SD40-2H, in June 1976 and back to 3249, Class SD40-2, in April 1981.  It was retired on December 5, 2008, and rebuilt as RP20CD by RailPower Technologies at Juniata in March 2012 as UPY 892.

3250, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-8, FN 73661-8.  It was rebuilt as 8010, Class SD40-2H, in May 1976 and back to 3250, Class SD40-2, in May 1981.  It was rebuilt as 1732, Class SD40N, on September 4, 2012.

3253, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-11, FN 73661-11.  It was rebuilt as 8013, Class SD40-2H, in June 1976 and back to 3253, Class SD40-2, in May 1981.  It was rebuilt as 1671, Class SD40N, on June 13, 2012.

3254, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-12, FN 73661-12.  It was rebuilt as 8014, Class SD40-2H, in July 1976 and back to 3254, Class SD40-2, in May 1981.  It was rebuilt as 1675, Class SD40N, on June 21, 2012.

3256, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-14, FN 73661-14.  It was rebuilt as 8016, Class SD40-2H, in May 1976 and back to 3256, Class SD40-2, in April 1981.  It was rebuilt as 1820, Class SD40N, on April 25, 2014.

3259, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-17, FN 73661-17.  It was rebuilt as 8019, Class SD40-2H, in June 1976 and back to 3259, Class SD40-2, in April 1981.  It was retired on August 5, 2011.

3260, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-18, FN 73661-18.  It was rebuilt as 8020, Class SD40-2H, in June 1976 and back to 3260, Class SD40-2, in April 1981.

3261, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-19, FN 73661-19. It was renumbered 8021, Class SD40-2H, in April 1976 and back to 3261 in June 1980.  It was retired on February 17, 2009.

3262, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-20, FN 73661-20.  It was renumbered 8022, Class SD40-2H, in May 1976 and back to 3262 in April 1981.  It was rebuilt as 1596, Class SD40N, on September 23, 2010.

3264, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-22, FN 73661-22.  It was renumbered 8024, Class SD40-2H, in April 1976 and back to 3264 in April 1981.  It was retired on July 16, 2007.

3267, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-25, FN 73661-25.  It was renumbered 8027, Class SD40-2H, in June 1976 and back to 3267 in June 1981.  It was rebuilt as 1811, Class SD40N, on April 8, 2014.

3269, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-27, FN 73661-27.  It was renumbered 8029, Class SD40-2H, in May 1976 and back to 3269 in April 1981.  It was retired on December 5, 2008, and rebuilt as 1588, Class SD40N, on November 9, 2010.

3270, Class SD40-2, was built in June 1974, #73661-28, FN 73661-18.  It was renumbered 8030, Class SD40-2H, in July 1976 and back to 3270 in October 1981.

3272, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1974, #73661-30, FN 73661-30.  It was renumbered 8032, Class SD40-2H, in June 1976 and back to 3272 in September 1981.  It was retired on October 30, 2003, and sold to National Railway Equipment Co as NREX 3272.  It was sold to WATCo as WAMX 4115.

3276, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1974, #73661-34, FN 73661-34.  It was rebuilt as 1724, Class SD40N, on June 4, 2012.

3278, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1974, #73661-36, FN 73661-36.  It was retired on December 5, 2008, and rebuilt as 1580, Class SD40N, on October 5, 2010.

3280, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1974, #73661-38, FN 73661-38,  It was retired on January 23, 2004, and renumbered as 7910.  It was restored as 2660 on March 27, 2008, and retired on July 3, 2009.  It was reactivated on October 26, 2010.

3281, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1974, #73661-39, FN 73661-39.  It was retired on December 5, 2008, and reactivated on May 23, 2014.

3282, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1980, #796345-18, FN 796345-18, as 3786.  It was renumbered 3282 on October 9, 2003, and rebuilt as 1803, Class SD40N, on April 10, 2014.

3286, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1974, #73661-44, FN 73661-44.  It was retired on February 17, 2009, and rebuilt as 1551, Class SD40N, on May 11, 2010.

3287, Class SD40-2, was built in July 1974, #73661-45, FN 73661-45.  It was retired on December 5, 2008, and rebuilt as RP20CD by RailPower Technologies at Juniata in February 2012 as UPY 891.

3289, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1975, #74676-2, FN 74676-2.  It was rebuilt as 1569, Class SD40N, on August 25, 2010.

3291, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1975, #74676-4, FN 74676-4.  It was rebuilt as 1713, Class SD40N, on April 19, 2012.

3292, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1975, #74676-5, FN 74676-5.  It was rebuilt as 1831, Class SD40N, on May 8, 2014.

3294, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1975, #74676-7, FN 74676-7.  It was rebuilt as Y3207, Class SD40-2R, on June 19, 2008.

3295, Class SD40-2, was built in March 1975, #74676-8, FN 74676-8.  It was retired on December 5, 2008, and rebuilt as 1552, Class SD40N, on May 20, 2010.

3297, Class SD40-2, was built in November 1980, #769345-26, FN 796345-26, as 3794.  It was renumbered 3297 on May 13, 2003, and rebuilt as 1871, Class SD40N, on August 11, 2014.
