3214, Class SD40-2R, was built in April 1973, #72684-12, FN 72684-12, as Class SD40-2. It was rebuilt as Class SD40-2R on April 27, 1992, and rebuilt as 2037, Class SD40N, on September 29, 2017. It was renumbered UPY 333 on February 15, 2018.
