Electro-Motive SD9 Diesels
1832, Class SD-9, was built in December 1954, #20122, FN 5376-2, as 766, Class RSE-7c. It was renumbered 7406, Class FS6E-3, in 1957 and renumbered 1832, Class SD-9, in June 1964. It was assigned CSX Transportation 9707, Class SD-9, but retired on July 29, 1987. It was sold to Steel Processing Corp on March 30, 1988 and resold to Montana Rail Line in November 1988. It was rebuilt by Livingston Rebuild Center as Burlington Northern 6243, Class SD-9, on February 7, 1990, and became Burlington Northern Santa Fe 6140, Class SD-9, on August 7, 1999. It was sold to Ag Processing Inc as AGPX 6140 in 2007 and resold as Columbia Grain Inc 6140 in 2009.
1834, Class SD-9, was built in January 1955, #20125, FN 5376-5, as 769, Class RSE-7c. It was renumbered 7409, Class FS6E-3, in 1957 and renumbered 1834, Class SD-9, in June 1964. It was assigned CSX 9709, Class SD-9, but retired on July 29, 1987. It was sold for scrap to Brocks Scrap on November 19, 1987.
