Electro-Motive SD45-2 Diesels
6659, Class SD45-2, was built in November 1972, #7381-6, FN 7381-6, as Erie Lackawanna 3674, Class MFE-36D-6B. It became Conrail 6659, Class SD45-2, in April 1976 and later Norfolk Southern PRR 1702.
6660, Class SD45-2, was built in November 1972, #7381-7, FN 7381-7, as EL 3675, Class MFE-36D-6B. It became Conrail 3330, Class SD45-2, in April 1976 and later sold to Blue Mountain & Reading as 3600. It was scrapped in 2005.
6666, Class SD45-2, was built in November 1972, #7381-13, FN 7381-13, as EL 3681, Class MFE-36D-6B. It became Conrail 6666, Class SD45-2, in April 1976 and later NS PRR 1705.
6688, Class SD45-2, was built in July 1970, #36661, FN 7246-4, as EL 3657, Class MFE-36D-6A. It was rebuilt from an SDP45 by Electro-Motive in 1974 to -2 standards. In April 1976 it became Conrail 6688, Class SD45-2. It was later sold to VMV Enterprises as 6688. On March 19, 1994, it was sold to Morrison-Knudsen as 9512. Later it became Helm Leasing 7011. It finally came to Montana Rail Link as 332.
6691, Class SD45-2, was built in August 1970, #36664, FN 7246-8, as EL 3660, Class MFE-36D-6A, It was rebuilt from an SPD45 by Electro-Motive in 1974 to -2 standards. In April 1976 it became Conrail 6691, Class SD45-2. It was later sold to VMV as 6691. On March 19, 1994, it was sold to MK as 9513.
