1870 was built in September 1951, #15068. It was retired in June 1976 and sold to Industrial Maintenance Service in September 1976. It was rebuilt as Elgin Joliet & Eastern 308 in February 1978 and sold as Econo-Rail 308 in May 1993.
1872 was built in September 1951, #15070. It was rebuilt and numbered 1234 at Omaha on June 30, 1982. It was retired on July 14, 1998, and sold to Coast Rail Services that same month.
1873 was built in October 1951, #15071. It was rebuilt and numbered 1227 at Omaha on December 30, 1981. It was retired on May 14, 1996, and sold to Ohio Central as 1227 in June 1997. It was later sold to Spartan Steel Coating as 1227.
