Electro-Motive GP38-2 Diesels

500 was built in March 1973, #72785-1, FN 72785-1. It became Seaboard System 501 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2500 in 1984. It later became CSX Transportation 2500, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

501 was built in March 1973, #72785-2, FN 72785-2. It became SBD 501 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2501 in 1984. It later became CSX 2501, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

505 was built in March 1973, #72785-6, FN 72785-6.  It became SBD 505 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2505 in 1984.  It later became CSX 2505, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

506 was built in March 1973, #72785-7, FN 72785-7. It became SBD 506 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2506 in 1984. It later became CSX 2506, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

507 was built in March 1973, #72785-8, FN 72785-8.  It became SBD 507 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2507 in 1984.  It later became CSX 2507, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

514 was built in April 1973, #72785-15, FN 72785-17.  It became SBD 514 and was renumbered 2514.  It later became CSX 2514, Class GP38-2.

516 was built in April 1973, #72785-17, FN 72785-17. It became SBD 516 and was renumbered 2516. It later became CSX 2516, Class GP38-2.

518 was built in April 1973, #72785-19, FN 72785-19. It became SBD 518 and was renumbered 2518. It later became CSX 2518, Class GP38-2.

521 was built in April 1973, #72785-22, FN 72785-22. It became SBD 521 and was renumbered 2521. It later became CSX 2521, Class GP38-2.

523 was built in April 1973, #72785-24, FN 72785-24. It became SBD 523 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2523 in 1984. It later became CSX 2523, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

526 was built in October 1973, #73607-2, FN 73607-2. It became SBD 526 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2526 in 1984. It later became CSX 2526, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

528 was built in October 1973, #73607-4, FN 73607-4.  It became SBD 528 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2528 in 1984.  It then became CSX 2528, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.  It was sold as Helm Leasing HATX 217 and then sold as Clarendon & Pittsford 204.

530 was built in October 1973, #73607-6, FN 73607-6. It became SBD 530 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2530 in 1984. It later became CSX 2530, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

533 was built in October 1973, #73607-9, FN 73607-9.  It became SBD 533 in January 1983 and renumbered 2533 in 1984.  It became CSX 2533, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.  It is apparent that the renumbering and lettering was not done on time.

539 was built in October 1973, #73607-15, FN 73607-15. It became SBD 539 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2539 in 1984. It later became CSX 2539, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

543 was built in October 1973, #73607-19, FN 73607-19.  It became SBD 543 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2543 in 1984.  It later became CSX 2543, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

550 was built in November 1973, #73607-26, FN 73607-26.  It became SBD 550 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2550 in 1984.  It later became CSX 2550, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

551 was built in November 1973, #73607-27, FN 73607-27.  It became SBD 551 and was renumbered 2551.  It later became CSX 2551, Class GP38-2.

552 was built in November 1973, #73607-28, FN 73607-28. It became SBD 552 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2552 in 1984. It later became CSX 2552, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

6055 was built in October 1980, #796381-1, FN 796381-1.  It became SBD 6055 in January 1983 and renumbered 2706 in 1984.  It became CSX 2706, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

6056 was built in October 1980, #796382-1, FN 796382-1. It became SBD 6056 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2707 in 1984. It later became CSX 2707, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

6059 was built in October 1980, #796381-5, FN 796381-5. It became SBD 6059 in January 1983 and was renumbered 2710 in 1984. It later became CSX 2710, Class GP38-2, in April 1986.

6064 was built in October 1980, #807032-5, FN 807032-5.  It became SBD 6064 in January 1983 and renumbered 3245 in 1984.  It later became CSX 3245, Class GP38-2, in April 1986 and renumbered 2715 in 1998.
