7745 was built by Robert Stephenson & Co in 1953, as Meaford Power Station 7745, MEA No. 2. It was retired in 1970 and sold as Boyne City RR 3 "Flying Dutchess" in 1976. It ended service in 1978 and sent to Tennessee Valley Railway Museum in 1981 as"Flying Dutchess". It was run several times and stored. It was sold to LGRM as 7745 in August 2011.
