6000-6999
6403, GP40, was built by Elecro-Motive in June 1968, #33913, FN 7099-4, as
6409, GP40-2, was built by Electro-Motive in October 1972, #7359-4, FN 7359-4, as DT&I 409. It became GTW 6409, Class GF-430j, in 1984 and sold as RMPX 6409 on March 1, 2002. It was sold to Heart of Georgia RR as HOG 6409 in 2009.
6411, GP40-2, was built in by Electro-Motive in October 1972, #7359-6, FN 7359-6, as DT&I 411. It became GTW 6411, Class GF-430j, in 1984 and sold to Progress Rail on March 1, 2002. It was sold as RMPX 6411 in March 2002 and sold as FWWR 2022 in March 2012.
6483, SD45-2, was built by Electo-Motive in May 1972, #7391-10, FN 7391-10, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 5634, Class 5625. It was rebuilt at San Bernardino in August 1986 as 5833, Class 5800, and became Burlington Northern Santa Fe 6483, Class SD45-2, on February 1, 1998. It was sold to National Railway Equipment Co as NREX 6483 in 2003 and resold as PRLX 6483 in 2009.
6784, SD40-2, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1977, #766071-4, FN 766071-4. as Burlington Northern 6784, Class SD40-2. It became Burlington Northern Santa Fe 6784, Class SD40-2, in April 2001 and retired on June 30, 2009. It was sold as PRLX 6784. It was sold to Ferrovia Centro Atlantico.
