1 "C. P. Huntington" was built by Danforth Cooke & Co in October 1863, #277, as Central Pacific 3 "C. P. Huntignton". It became SP 1 "C. P. Huntington" on February 5, 1871, and donated to State of California in September 1964. It was then donated to Railway & Locomotive Historical Society in June 1969. It is placed at California State RR Museum.
