2797, SD70M, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1995, #946531-23, FN 946531-23.  It was planned by General Motors as EMDX 7025 but directly sold as New York Susquehanna & Western  4050.  It was sold as NS 2797, Class SD70M, in September 2014.

2798, SD70M, was built by Electro-Motive in April 1995, #946531-24, FN 946531-24.  It was planned as EMDX 7026 but directly sold as NYSW 4052 It was sold as NS 2798, Class SD70M, in September 2014.
