15 "Wisconsin", was built by Pullman Car Co in 1897.  It became Milwaukee Electric Ry & Light Co 15 in 1899 and sold as Sheboygan Light Power & Co 23 on March 27, 1900.  It was rebuilt in 1920 as a freight car.
