99, Class RFP4, was built in July 1969, #35359, FN 7191-56, as Penn Central 7730, Class EF-20.  It became Consolidated Railroad Corp 7730, Class GP-38, in April 1976 and became NS PRR 2909, Class GP38, in 1999.  It was rebuilt in September 2009 as 1001, Class RCP4, and renumbered 99 in September 2010.
