0007 was built in September 1965, #30524, as Atlantic Coast Line 1017. SD35.  It became Seaboard Coast Line 1917 in July 1967 and rebuilt  as 0007 in 1978.  It became Seaboard RR  0007 in 1983 and became CSX Transportation 1007, Class H-15 in 1987.

0008 was built in October 1964, #29587, as ACL 1008, SD35.  It became SCL 1908 in July 1967 and rebuilt as 0008 in 1978.  It became SBD 0008 in 1983 and became CSX 1008, Class H-15, in 1987.  It was retired on January 30, 1992, and sold for scrap to Cycle System.
