Illinois
Chicago Central Station was built in 1893 and closed in 1972.
Easton was a small station on the branch from Havana to Champaign. It was started as Chicago Havana & Western RR in 1886, 100 miles, and the only remain part is the 15 miles to White Heath.
Effingham was served by IC and St. Louis, Vandalia and Terre Haute RR which became part of Pennsylvania RR. The building was built in 1924 and is used by Amtrak.
Farina was on the main line a little south of Effingham.
Gibson City is on the St Louis line.
Mattoon was built in 1916 and is being restored.
Kentucky
Paducah had the largest locomotive shops and became VMV Enterprises. It later was purchased by National Railway Equipment Co.
Mississippi
Cleveland was a Y&MV station.
