6550, Class SD45, was built in June 1968, #34039, as Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 1903, Class 1900. It became 5903, Class 5900, in 1970, and was rebuilt at San Bernardino in August 1982 as 5953, Class 5950. It became BNSF 6550, Class SDF45, on February 23, 1998.
