23 was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in February 1920, #53026.  It was not delivered and held in stock.  It became Pacific Electric Ry 1591 on April 23, 1923.  It was sold as Ferrocarril Gen Urquiza 1591 in December 1931 and renumbered 951.  It became Ferrocarril Argentina 951.

25 was built by Baldwin-Westinhouse in February 1920, #53048.  It was not delivered and held in stock.  It became PERy 1590 on April 23, 1923.  It was sold as FGU 1592 1590 in December 1931 and renumbered 950.  It became Ferrocarril Argentina 950.

27. Class B 44 Ton, was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in March 1920, #53050.  It was not delivered and held in stock.  It was sold to Niagara Junction Ry 7 and and sold to Iron & Steel Products in February 1946.  It was sold to Sand Springs Ry 1006 in March 1946. and scrapped in 1956.
