5005, GP40-2, was built by Electro-Motive in November 1984, #847046-5, as St Louis South-Western 7252, Class EF430W-4. It was assigned to Union Pacific as 5222 in March 1997 and later assigned 1322 in December 1999. It was returned to National Railway Equipment Co on April 7, 2000. It was set up as Finova 5005 but not sold. It was then sold to Iowa Chicago & Eastern as 4209 in January 2003.
