For many years there was an almost unknown traction operation at the power plant of Toledo Edison in Toledo, OH.

1 was built by General Electric in November 1923, #9342.  It was sold to East Troy Electric RR in 1997 and resold to Illinois Railway Museum in 2020.

2 was built by Differential Car Co in 1925.  It was preserved by Grand Rapids Electric Ry and went to Northern Ohio Railway Museum in 2005.

3 was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in July 1915, #42220, at Toledo & Western Ry 403. In February 1934 it became Toledo & Indiana RR 80. Then in 1939 it became TECo 3.  It was preserved by Grand Rapids Electric Ry and transferred to Sylvania Historical Village in 2005.

4 was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in August 1920, #53555, as Northwestern Elevated RR S-104. In 1923 it became Chicago Rapid Transit S-104, and then Chicago Transit Authority S-104 in 1948. In 1978 it was sold to TECo as 4. It was sold to Rail Foundation in 1996.

CTA S-105 was built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in August 1920, #53556, as NWERR S-104. It became CRT S-104 in 1923, and CTA S-105 in 1948. In 1982 it was sold to TECo for parts and was sold to ETER in 1997.  It was sold to IRM in 2007.
