701, GP38-2W, was built by General Motorsin May 1976, #A3458, FN C396-31, as Canadian National 9663, Class GF-430d, GP40-LW.  It was retired on March 31, 2000, and sold to Helm.  It was rebuilt at Brookville in 2004 as TSHX 701, GP38-2W.
