When TTC took over in 1921, they inherited a large number of cars which were obsolete even at that time. The newest cars were rehabilitated and carried on for another 30 years. The T Ry cars were similar, but there were varieties.

1312 thru 1330 even were T Rys Class O-1 and were built in their shops in 1909 and 1910. 1328 became TTC Class A (MU motor) in 1923, then to Class C (pay as you leave) in 1925, and finally to Class BB (pay as you enter) in 1932. The others became TTC Class C in 1925 and Class BB in 1932.  1328 was retired. The rest were scrapped between 1941 and 1952.

1322, Class O-1, was built by TRys in 1909.  It became Class C in 1925 and Class BB in 1932. 

1326, Class O-1, was built by TRys in 1910.  It became Class C in 1925 and Class BB in 1932.  It was transferred to the Ontario Electric Ry. Historical Assn. in 1951.

1332 thru 1386 even, less 1358, 1370, and 1372, were T Rys Class O-2 and were built in their shops in 1910 and 1911. 1360 was scrapped in 1924. The rest were rebuilt as TTC Class C, pay as you leave, in 1925. They were again rebuilt as Class BB, pay as you enter, in 1932. They were scrapped between 1940 and 1951.

1388 thru 1562 even, less 1486, 1506, 1508, 1528, 1530, and 1550 were T Rys Class O-3 and were built in their shops in 1911. 1420 and 1424 were burned in 1924. 1388 thru 1510 were rebuilt as TTC Class C, pay as you leave, in 1925 and 1926. 1512 thru 1562 were rebuilt as Class BB, pay as you enter, in 1925. 1478 and 1500 thru 1510 were again rebuilt as Class BB in 1927. The rest were rebuilt in 1931 and 1932. 1410, 1514, 1516, 1522, 1526, 1536, 1540, 1552, and 1560 were scrapped in 1940. The rest were scrapped between 1947 and 1951.

1688, Class F, was built by Toronto Rys in 1913. At the time of the consolidation it was rebuilt as a line car for the radial lines in 1921. It was later scrapped.

1704, Class F, was built TRys in their shops in 1913.  It was rebuilt as W-25, rail grinder in 1925 and retired in 1962.  It was donated to OERHA in 1962 and has been restoring.

1706, Class F, was built TRys in their shops in 1913.  It was rebuilt as W-24, rail grinder in 1925 and sold to Branford Electric Ry Assn in 1955.  It was restored as TRy 1706.

1764 thru 1860 even, less 1784, 1794, 1802, 1820, and 1828 were T Rys Class O-4 and were built in their shops in 1912. They became TTC Class BB in 1924 and 1925. 1774 was scrapped in 1939. 1800, 1808, 1818, and 1846 were scrapped in 1940. 1814, 1842, 1844, 1848, and 1856 were sold to Quebec Ry Light & Power in 1943. The rest were scrapped between 1945 and 1950.

1862 thru 2014 even, less 1976 and 1988, were T Rys Class O-5 and were built in their shops in 1912, 1913, and 1914. 1862-1926 became TTC Class BB in 1924. 1928-2014 became TTC Class C2 between 1923 and 1926. 1870-1878 were sold to For William Utilities in 1942. 1882, 1898, 1886, 1900, 1908, 1910, 1914, 1916, and 1918 were sold to Ottawa in 1942. 1884 burned in 1933. 1956 was wrecked in 1936. 1928-1982 were sold for scrap in 1940. The rest were scrapped between 1940 and 1949.

2064 thru 2092 even were T Rys Class P-2 and were built by T Rys in 1917. They became TTC Class C-2 in 1923 and were rebuilt to Class BB in 1933. 2088 was burned in 1927. 2076 was wrecked after a collision in 1939. The rest were scrapped between 1940 and 1949.

2094 thru 2112 even were T Rys Class P-3 and were built by T Rys in 1917. They became TTC Class C-2 in 1923 and were rebuilt to Class BB in 1933. They were scrapped between 1947 and 1951. 2100 was the last car in service and retired on March 14, 1951.
