Electro-Motive GP59 Diesels

4606, Class GP59, was built in June 1985, #836062-1, FN 836062-1, as General Motors Corp EMD8.  It was sold as Southern Ry 4606 and became NS 4606, Class GP59, but never relettered.

4607, Class GP59, was built in June 1985, #836062-2, FN 836062-2, as GMC EMD9.  It was sold as Southern 4607 and became NS 4607, Class GP59.  It was rebuilt in March 2013 as 4650, Class GP59E.

4608, Class GP59, was built in June 1985, #836062-3, FN 836062-3, as GMC EMD10.  It was sold as Southern 4608 and became NS 4608, Class GP59.  It was rebuilt in January 2014 as 4653, Class GP59E.

4610, Class GP59, was built in November 1989, #887007-2, FN 887007-2, as Southern 4610.  It became NS 4610, Class GP59.

4615, Class GP59, was built in November 1989, #887007-7, FN 887007-7, as Southern 4615.  It became NS 4615, Class GP59, and retired on April 1, 2014.

4616, Class GP59, was built in November 1989, #887007-8, FN 887007-8, as Southern 4616.  It became NS 4616, Class GP59, in 2006.

4624, Class GP59, was built in December 1989, #887007-18, FN 887007-18, as Southern 4624.  It became NS 4624, Class GP59.

4630, Class GP59, was built in December 1989, #887007-22, FN 887007-22, as Southern 4630.  It became NS 4630, Class GP59.

4631, Class GP59, was built in December 1989, #887007-23, FN 887007-23, as Southern 4631.  It became NS 4631, Class GP59, and was rebuilt as 4654, Class GP59E, on March 13, 2014.

4638, Class GP59, was built in December 1989, #887007-30, FN 887007-30, as Southern 4638.  It became NS 4838, Class GP59, and retired in February 2014.  It was rebuilt as 4659, Class GP59E, in August 2014.

4639, Class GP59, was built in December 1989, #887007-31, FN 887007-31, as Southern 4639.  It became NS 4639, Class GP59.
