8300, Class SD-60, was built in November 1985, #847070-1, FN 847070-1.  It was returned to General Motors in November 1987 and numbered EMD 300.  It was renumbered 8300 in 1988 and sold as CSX Transportion 8787, Class SD-60.

8301, Class SD-60, was built in November 1985, #847070-2, FN 847070-2.  It was returned to GM in November 1987 and numbered EMD 301.  It was renumbered 8301 in 1988 and sold as CSX 8788, Class SD-60.
