1000, C30M-3, was built by General Electric in December 1984, #43805, as Southern Pacific 7768, Class GF437L-2, B36-7. It was assigned as Union Pacific 398 but retired on May 19, 1997. It was sold to Boise Locomotive on April 15, 1999, and sold to MPI de Mexico in November 1999. It was rebuilt as FCCA 1000, C30M-3.
