3197, Class EP430-1, was built in November 1974, #74619-1, FN 74619-1.  It was renumbered 7600 in 1986 and assigned to Union Pacific as 5200, Class GP40P-2, in September 1997.  It was reassigned to UP as 1300, but it was retired on July 10, 2002, before it was renumbered.  It was returned to General Electric and sold as Indiana Harbor Belt 4010 in 2003.
