General Electric U23B Diesels

3232 was built in March 1970, #37295, as Monon RR 603.  It became Louisville & Nashville 2702, Class U23B, in August 1971.  It became SBD 2702 in January 1983 and renumbered 3232 in 1984.  It became CSX Transportation 3232, Class U23B, in April 1986.

3237 was built in March 1970, #32300, as Monon 608.  It became L&N 2707, Class U23B, in August 1971.  It became SBD 2707 in January 1983 and renumbered 3237 in 1984.  It became CSX 3237, Class U33B, in April 1986 and retired in May 1991.

3240 was built in January 1973, #38767, as L&N 2710, Class U23B.  It became SBD 2710 in January 1983 and renumbered 3240 in 1984.  It became CSX 3240, Class U23B, in April 1986.

3243 was built on February 13, 1973, #38770, as L&N 2713, Class U23B.  It became SBD 2713 in January 1983 and renumbered 3243 in 1984.  It became CSX 3243, Class U23B, in April 1986 and sold to Progress Rail Services in September 1993.

3244 was built on February 15, 1973, #38771, as L&N 2714, Class U23B.  It became SBD 2714 in January 1983 and renumbered 3244 in 1984.  It became CSX 3244, Class U23B, in April 1986 and sold to Steel Processing in Noember 1992.

3245 was built on February 16 1973, #38772, as L&N 2715, Class U23B.  It became SBD 2715 in January 1983 and renumbered 3245 in 1984.  It became CSX 3245, Class U23B, in April 1986 and sold to Steel Processing in  June 1987.

3246 was built on February 19, 1973, #38773, as L&N 2716, Class U23B.  It became SBD 2716 in January 1983 and renumbered 3246 in 1984.  It became CSX 3246, Class U23B, in April 1986 and sold to Steel Processing in July 1992.

3247 was built on February 21, 1973, #38774, as L&N 2717, Class U23B.  It became SBD 2717 in January 1983 and renumbered 3247 in 1984.  It became CSX 3247, Class U23B, in April 1986 and sold to Steel Processing in june 1992.

3250 was built in March 1973, #38778, as L&N 2721, Class U23B.  It became SBD 2721 in January 1983 and renumbered 3250 in 1984.  It became CSX 3250, Class U23B, in April 1986.  It was retired on January 13, 1993, and sold for scrap to Steel Processing Co.

3305 was built in January 1975, #40114, as L&N 2804, Class U23B.  It became SBD 2804 in January 1983 and renumbered 3305 in 1984.  It became CSX 3305, Class U23B, in April 1986.

3309 was built in February 1975, #40118, as L&N 2808, Class U23B.  It became SBD 2808 in January 1983 and renumbered 3309 in 1984.  It became CSX 3309, Class U23B, in April 1986.  It was retired on November 30, 1995, and sold to Progress Rail Services.
