General Electric B40-8 Diesels

1800, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45509, as Southern Pacific 8000, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5609, Class B40-8,, on August 4, 1999, and renumbered 1800 on February 6, 2004.  It was wrecked at Momence, IL, on November 24, 2005, and scrapped at the site.

1801, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45510, as SP 8001, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5610, Class B40-8, on March 17, 1999, and renumbered 1801 on November 29, 2003.  It was retired on January 11, 2013.

1802, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45511, as SP 8002, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5611, Class B40-8, on March 7, 2000, and renumbered 1802 on December 17, 2003.  It was retired on January 11, 2013.

1803, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45112, as SP 8003, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5612, Class B40-8, on May 3, 1999, and renumbered 1803 on March 24, 2004.

1805, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45514, as SP 8005, Class GF-439-1.  It became UP 5614, Class B40-8, on March 5, 1999, and renumbered 1805 on February 5, 2004.  It was retired on September 1, 2013.

1806, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45515, as SP 8006, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5615, Class B40-8, on June 3, 1999, and renumbered 1806 on May 23, 2004.

1807, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45516, as SP 8007, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5616, Class B40-8, on May 19, 1999, and renumbered 1807 on December 22, 2003.  It was retired on February 21, 2013.

1808, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45517. as SP 8008, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5617, Class B40-8, on July 17, 1999, and renumbered 1808 on February 15, 2002.

1810, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45524, as SP 8015, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5624, Class B40-8, on April 19, 1999, and renumbered 1810 on February 25, 2004.

1812, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45521, as SP 8012, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5621, Class B40-8, on December 13, 1989, and renumbered 1812 on January 28,  2004,

1813, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45523, as SP 8014, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5623, B40-8, on August 4, 1999, and renumbered 1813 on March 2, 2004.

1814, Class B40-8, was built in August 1982, #45522, as SP 8013, Class GF439-1.  It was assigned UP 5622, Class B40-8, and became UP 1814 on September 4, 2003.

1815, Class B40-8, was built in August 1982, #45519, as SP 8010, Class GF439-1.  It was assigned UP 5619, Class B40-8, and became UP 1815 on February 11, 2000.

1818, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45527, as SP 8018, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5627, Class B40-8, on May 14, 1999, and became UP 1818 on June 6, 2004.  It was retired on January 11, 2013.

1819, Class B40-8, was built in August 1987, #45528, as SP 8019, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5628, Class B40-8, on September 13, 1999, and renumbered 1819 on December 31, 2003.

1822, Class B40-8, was built in September 1987, #45537, as SP 8028, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5637, Class B40-8, on October 26, 1999, and renumbered 1822 on February 18, 2000.

1823, Class B40-8, was built in September 1987, #45532, as SP 8023, Class GF439-1.  It became UP 5632, Class B40-8, on July 30, 1999, and renumbered 1823 on May 20, 2004.  It was retired on January 11, 2013.

1841, Class B40-8, was built in July 1988, #45689, as SSW 8041, Class GF440C-1.  It became UP 5650, Class B40-8, on September 16, 1998, and renumbered 1841 on February 11, 2004.

1843, Class B40-8, was built in July 1988, #45691, as SSW 8043, Class GF440C-1.  It became UP 5652, Class B40-8, on April 28, 1999, and renumbered 1843 on December 11, 2004.

1844, Class B40-8, was built in August 1988, #45692, as SSW 8044, Class GF440C-1.  It became UP 5653, Class B40-8, on December 21, 1999, and renumbered 1844 on February 17, 2004.  It was sold to Larry's Truck Electric as LTEX 1844 in 2013.

1855, Class B40-8, was built in September 1988, #45705, as SSW 8057, Class GF440C-1.  It became UP 5664, Class B40-8, on November 29, 1999, and renumbered 1855 on December 19, 2003.  It was retired in 2013.

8156, Class B40-8, was built in September 1988, #45706, as SSW 8058, Class GF440C-1.  It became UP 8665, Class B40-8, on July 27, 1999, and renumbered 1856 on February 5, 2004.

1861, Class B40-8, was built in October 1988, #45711, as SSW 8063, Class GF440C-1.  It became UP 5670, Class B40-8, on November 1, 1999, and renumbered 1861 on November 13, 2003.
