8009, Class O, was built by Baldwin in December 1917, #47369, for Imperial Russian State Rys. It was never shipped due to the revolution and became United States Railroad Administration 1104. It was acquired by ACL in 1920 and regauged. It was scrapped on January 31, 1952.
