2403, Class SD40-2, was built in August 1964, #29414, as Baltimore & Ohio 7406, Class SD-35.  It was rebuilt at Cumberland on August 11, 1980, as 7703, Class SD20-2, and became CSX as 2403, Class SD20-2.

2404, Class SD20-2, was built in July 1964, #29412, as B&O 7404, Class SD-35.  It was rebuilt at Cumberland on August 14, 1980, as 7704, Class SD20-2, and became CSX as 2404, Class SD20-2.  It was retired on June 24, 1997.
