5002, DRS-22b, was built in May, 1964, #A2035, FN C293-3, as 8202, Class DRS-22b. It was renumbered 5002 in 1965. It was rebuilt as cab-slug 1126 on December 20, 1996.

5003, DRS-22b, was built in May, 1964, #A2036, FN C293-3, as 8203, Class DRS-22b. It was renumbered 5003 in 1965. It was rebuilt as cab-slug 1127 on January 3, 1997.

5004, DRS-22b, was built in May, 1964, #A2037, FN C293-3, as 8204, Class DRS-22b. It was renumbered 5004 in 1965. It was sold to Helm Leasing Co  on October 13, 1998.  The locomotive was painted for the Fort Worth & Western as 5004 at the Texas & Northern shops before delivery.  It was scrapped at Fort Worth in March 2003.

5005, DRS-22b, was built in May, 1964, #A2038, FN C293-3, as 8205, Class DRS-22b. It was renumbered 5005 in 1965.   It was sold to Helm Leasing Co on October 13, 1998, and sold to RailAmerica Inc.  It was assigned as Southern Ontario Ry 5005.

5006, DRS-22b, was built in May, 1964, #A2039, FN C293-4, as 8206, Class DRS-22b. It was renumbered 5006 in 1965.  It was sold to Helm Leasing Co on October 13, 1998, and sold to RailAmerica Inc. It was assigned as Ottawa Valley Ry 5006.

5007, Class DRS-22b, was built in May 1964, #A2040, FN C293-6, as 8207, Class DRS-22b. It was renumbered 5007 in 1965. It was retired on October 6, 1993, and reactivated in December 1994,  It was sold to Helm Leasing on October 13, 1998.  The locomotive went to FWWR as 5007 via the T&N shops.

5008, DRS-22b, was built in May, 1964, #A2041, FN C293-7, as 8208, Class DRS-22b. It was renumbered 5008 in 1965.  It was sold to Helm Leasing on January 20, 1999 and sold as Paducah & Louisville 2110, a road slug.

5009, DRS-22b, was built in May, 1964, #A2042, FN C293-8, as 8209, Class DRS-22b. It was renumbered 5009 in 1965 and retired on October 3, 1993.  It was sold for scrap to Mandak Metals in June 1999,

5010, DRS-22b, was built in May, 1964, #A2043, FN C293-9, as 8204, Class DRS-22b. It was renumbered 5010 in 1965.  It was sold to Helm Leasing Co on November 22, 1998, and sold to RailAmerica Inc It was assigned as Lakeland & Waterways Ry 5010 and later Southern Ontario Ry 2210.

5019, Class DRS-22c, was built in July 1965, #2084, FN C306-6.  It was retired.

5020, Class DRS-22c, was built in July 1965, #A2085, FN C306-7. The locomotive went to FWWR as 5020 via the T&N shops.
